They're not completely itemized or anything, but they're definitely better than what ever blue bracers you're putting on now. The other product I've obtained my eye on also comes from Zul'Aman and drops from Hex Lord Malacrass.
If you ever need an epic weapon, Daakara of Zul'Aman can hook you up using the Amani Scepter of Rites, which is the two practical and fashionable.
