They need certain items so that one could do so. Examples are like those mentioned previously...cloths, eggs, clam meat,Cheap EU WOW Gold, etc....
If you are not really worried about leveling in the secondary professions, and just want to make some cold, difficult gold, then ensure you consider all of these items and put them up for sale in the auction house on the game.
You will make much much more doing this than retailing to some local vendor. This is especially true when you market the item in stacks of five, ten, fifteen, or twenty.
